 The Vendor/Exhibitor Fair will take place on Friday, May 2, 2025

from 8:00 am to 4:00pm CT.

All advertisements for the Conference Program must be submitted via email in .jpeg format. Send via email to: [email protected]

Advertising copy for the Conference Program must be received by April 8, 2025.  Payment for Exhibit table and advertising must be received by April 18, 2025.

 

Lodging Information

SDCA has reserved a block of rooms at the Best Western Plus Ramkota Hotel at the rate of $110.00 standard room per night subject to 10%tax and $2.00 city occupancy tax (or current rates). Make your reservations directly at 605-336-0650. Guests must specify they are with the South Dakota Counseling Association to receive the group rate.

 The hotel block will be released on March 4, 2025, and this rate cannot be guaranteed after that time.
